SBI and others cut OFS size for NSE IPO ahead of subscription

Key selling shareholders have trimmed their offer for sale for the NSE IPO to 126.4 million shares from 148.9 million earlier, with the issue expected to raise up to Rs 23,000 crore. SBI plans to sell 15.97 million shares, down from 24.75 million, alongside reductions by Bank of Baroda and others. The price band is expected at ₹1,700–₹1,785, with subscription around Sept. 18.
