Saudi Aramco is considering establishing an oil export hub in Bataan as part of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, though it may not be government-owned. PNOC has offered land near the Petron refinery Abad said, with the DOE set to meet Aramco soon. Bataan is also eyed for a 15-million-barrel reserve, with fuel supply expected to last 53 days.
