Saudi Aramco offers crude outside Strait of Hormuz to some Asian refiners
Saudi Aramco is negotiating private deals to supply some Asian refiners with Arab Medium and Arab Heavy crude via ship-to-ship transfers off Fujairah, with cargoes planned for September loading. The move follows Hormuz disruption and Red Sea attacks, including Aramco’s diversion of Arab Light exports to Yanbu and offerings from Sidi Kerir, which has reduced its market share in India.
