Saputo began purchases under its normal course issuer bid on November 19, 2025, and plans to continue until no later than November 18, 2026. From Nov. 19, 2025 to Aug. 18, 2026, it repurchased 19,997,690 shares at a weighted average price of $41.41. The Toronto Stock Exchange approved an amendment raising the NCIB maximum repurchases for cancellation from 20,498,278 to 24,260,007 shares, with the automatic share repurchase plan otherwise unchanged.
