SandRidge Energy Reports 48% Revenue Growth in 2Q and Declares Dividend
SandRidge Energy reported a 48% rise in total revenues and a 22% increase in oil production versus the same period in 2025. Second-quarter net income was $26.7 million ($0.72 per basic share) and adjusted net income was $21 million. Adjusted EBITDA was $34 million and the board declared a 13-cent dividend. The company completed four wells under its Cherokee one-rig program and expects to close a Cherokee Play acquisition in Q3 to expand leasehold acres.
