PolyPeptide Group AG announced that Samsung Peptide AG, a subsidiary of Samsung Biologics, has published the offer prospectus for its public tender offer for all publicly held registered shares of PolyPeptide Group AG. Draupnir Holding B.V., holding about 55.65% of shares, committed to tender all of its shares. The prospectus and related offer documents were made available following a pre-announcement on 20 July 2026.
