Samsung Expands HVAC and Liquid-Cooling Push for AI Servers, Targeting Global Hub
AI accelerators and dense server racks are driving demand for liquid cooling, pushing use of direct-to-chip liquid systems higher. Samsung is expanding its HVAC business via FlaktGroup and is investing about 240 billion won in an HVAC production line at its Gwangju campus, aiming to start production in 2028 and turn the site into a global manufacturing hub for AI appliances and cooling equipment.
