Samsung Electronics announced new partnerships with Mistral AI and ASML to accelerate AI chip design and manufacturing. The extended ASML alliance targets High NA EUV lithography and next generation 12 inch mask technologies for future memory and logic chips. The Mistral collaboration puts on premises AI tools into Samsung’s semiconductor workflows from design through fab operations.
