Samsung Electronics completed a new FlaktGroup HVAC manufacturing facility in Pune, Maharashtra, with a completion ceremony attended by company and FlaktGroup executives. The plant will produce air handling units, fan wall units and computer room air handlers for customers in India and other Asia-Pacific markets, alongside an existing Noida site. Samsung acquired FlaktGroup last November for about $1.7 billion and is also a participant in the U.S. Stargate AI data-center initiative.
