Salesforce Worker Must Arbitrate Gender, Age and Disability Claims
A U.S. magistrate judge in the Southern District of New York ruled that a former Salesforce account executive must arbitrate her gender, age and disability claims. The court found she did not plausibly allege sexual harassment covered by the Ending Forced Arbitration for Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act, and applied the New York City Human Rights Law to determine the proper process for the dispute.
