Saipem, with Jan De Nul, signed a letter of intent with ExxonMobil Moçambique Limitada on behalf of MRV for Rovuma LNG Phase 1 in Mozambique for the Area 4 partners. The LOI covers limited preliminary engineering, procurement and technical services worth about €11 million. Any EPCI award depends on positive FID and government and regulatory approvals expected in 2026.
