Saïd Alj holds 384,928 shares in Sanlam Maroc worth about $114.2 million after the insurer absorbed Allianz Maroc, approved by the Moroccan capital markets authority on June 15. Sanlam Maroc issued 1,225,000 new shares, shifting Alj’s stake from 293,574. His holding is up by 91,354 shares, and his vehicle sold shares in a mandatory takeover bid in January 2024, crossing below 10%.
