Sagax AB issued unsecured bonds under its EMTN programme totalling SEK 3.0 billion, with maturities of 2 years, 3.3 years and 5 years (average maturity 3.8 years). The issues comprise SEK 750 million at 2 years, SEK 750 million at 3.3 years and SEK 1,500 million at 5 years, with an initial interest rate of 3.4% and credit spreads of 0.50%, 0.70% and 0.95%. Proceeds will be used in accordance with Sagax.
