Safran’s Equipment & Defense revenue up 14% as HAMMER demand grows
Safran reported first-half Equipment & Defense revenue of €6.9 billion, up 14% organically, with defense activities boosting performance in inertial navigation, electronics and the HAMMER guided bomb. Recurring operating income rose 26% to €955 million and the division margin increased 1.1 points to 13.8%. The group invested in inertial-navigation tech and targeted a 1.3 book-to-bill for 2026 after 1.6 in 2025.
