Roivant reported that its Phase 2 trial of a high blood pressure therapy tied to lung inflammation met its main and secondary objectives, claiming the strongest results yet in a randomized pulmonary hypertension study. It has begun a Phase 3 trial and plans to develop mosliciguat for other conditions. Separately, FDA delayed then granted accelerated clearance to AstraZeneca’s Etcamah for ESR1-tested, first-line HR+/HER2− breast cancer.
