RivianOS 2 starts reaching eligible R1 and R2 vehicles under version 2026.31, placing every vehicle on a single software stack for the first time. The update adds a rebuilt interface, Unreal Engine 5 real-time 3D views and police and speed-camera alerts, plus a deeper Unified Intelligence AI layer. R2 and Gen 2 R1 get UE5 visuals, while Gen 1 R1 stays on UE4, alongside expanded owner data controls.
