Resilient Asset Management proposes selling up to 4.98% of Paytm
Paytm said Resilient Asset Management, owned by founder and CEO Vijay Shekhar Sharma, has proposed a block sale of up to a 4.98% stake. The sale is valued at about 50.4 billion rupees, with a reported floor price of 1,535.10 rupees per share. Resilient would gain ownership and voting rights, while Antfin retains proceeds value; Sharma’s direct holding would not change.
