Repsol Says Solidus Didn’t Coordinate Fuel Sales to Abkhazia

Repsol said fuel later supplied to occupied Abkhazia was purchased from its Connect-branded Georgian filling stations, but Solidus LLC that handled delivery did not coordinate further petroleum product sales details. The shipment was made under contractual obligations and Repsol plans no more deliveries to Solidus, asserting compliance with Georgian law and international standards. Solidus owner Giorgi Arveladze cited 400 tons already delivered and said payments are settled in Georgian lari.
