ReNew Energy Q1 results come with binding go-private buyout offer
ReNew Energy reported Q1 FY2027 results alongside a binding agreement to take the company private, valuing it at $7.02 per share in a consortium-led offer. Adjusted EBITDA rose 12% to INR 30.4 billion and net profit climbed 16% to INR 6 billion. Capacity reached 13.5 GW, portfolio 20.5 GW including 1.7 GW battery storage. Manufacturing margins fell and Rajasthan curtailment reduced solar load factor; the firm also sold 1.05 GW of solar assets for $191 million.
