Reitar Logtech Holdings is forming a joint venture with Hong Kong cold-chain logistics provider Smart Pointer Logistics Technology Limited to develop cold-chain warehousing and fulfillment, digital fulfillment, and value-added supply-chain services. The five-year service arrangement is estimated at about HK$120 million, building on an existing long-term relationship and using Reitar’s cold-storage and Warehouse-as-a-Service model.
