Reddit Names Successor to Top Lawyer After $51M Share Sales
Reddit, newly added to the S&P 500, said top lawyer Benjamin Lee will step down on Sept. 14 and support the transition until Sept. 25. Lee has sold nearly $51 million of Reddit shares via 10 transactions since the company went public. He will be replaced by Benjamin Cappuccio, a former Time Warner and AOL legal executive with extensive public-company and litigation experience.
