Rajesh Exports Denies SEBI Revenue Inflation Allegations, Plans to Resubmit Documents
Rajesh Exports pushed back against a SEBI interim order, saying the regulator’s findings stem from a misunderstanding of accounting data. The company will resubmit all relevant documents within 15 days. SEBI alleged revenue inflation of nearly Rs 15.15 lakh crore between FY21 and FY25, raising concerns over related-party transactions, possible fund diversion and disclosure lapses at subsidiaries linked to battery manufacturing. Rajesh Mehta denied any improper transfers, saying the firm is debt-free with no pledged promoter holdings.
