Rainbow Rare Earths Ltd has appointed James Beams as an executive director with immediate effect. The London-listed company said the move comes as it shifts from feasibility work toward building its two rare earth projects. Beams was previously chief executive and later non-executive chairman of North River Resources, which entered administration in 2020.
