Radeon RX 9070 XT tops German retailer sales, boosting AMD share

AMD’s Radeon RX 9070 XT is the most popular discrete AMD GPU on Steam and, at Germany’s largest online PC hardware retailer, outsells every individual Nvidia card. The RX 9060 XT is second at 0.8%. Jon Peddie Research puts AMD at about 5% of global add-in-board shipments in Q4 2025, slipping 0.16 points in Q2 2026. AMD unit share rose from 53.7% to 55.9% in August, and the RX 9070 XT sells at about $750 versus roughly $1,200 for the RTX 5070 Ti.
