Quantum Corporation eliminated all outstanding term debt and convertible notes in the first quarter of fiscal 2027. As of June 30, 2026, it reported no term debt or convertible notes, down from $54.8 million and $90 million, respectively, at fiscal 2026 year-end. Interest expense fell to $2.1 million from $6.5 million year-ago, and operating cash flow improved to $0.9 million. The company ended the quarter with $3.6 billion in cash and investments and net cash of $1.1 billion.
