Qualcomm Ventures Leads Rs 583 Cr Funding Round for Ultrahuman

Qualcomm Ventures is expected to invest about Rs 143 crore in Ultrahuman’s Rs 583 crore Series C funding round. Alpha Wave is slated to add Rs 114 crore and Labcorp around Rs 95 crore, with other investors participating. The deal covers 3,623 Series C compulsorily convertible preference shares and 3,832 Series C1 shares, alongside a May funding tranche. Ultrahuman reported a FY26 loss and further losses in the quarter ended June 2026.
