QBE Insurance Group Limited has notified ASX that 50,000 subordinated convertible notes (QBEAJ) ceased following redemption and repayment on 25 August 2026. Consideration was paid at AUD 10,000 per security, and QBE cancelled the outstanding A$500,000,000 floating rate subordinated notes. Issued capital after cessation comprises 1,494,024,468 ordinary fully paid shares, with a residual unquoted balance of 240,500 securities.
