PVR Inox has approved a buyback at Rs 1,450 per equity share and noted the promoter group’s intention to participate. The board or buyback committee may, one working day before the record date, increase the buyback price and reduce the share count while keeping the overall buyback size unchanged, subject to SEBI rules. The company formed a dedicated committee and appointed DAM Capital Advisors as manager.
