ProKidney completed enrollment of about 320 patients for the PROACT 1 Phase 3 accelerated approval efficacy analysis, paving the way for an eGFR slope readout the company expects in Q2 2027. The analysis is part of a randomized sham-controlled study of about 470 patients with advanced CKD and type 2 diabetes testing rilparencel. R&D rose to $36.1 million, G&A fell to $12.4 million, and net loss widened to $46.4 million from $37.0 million.
