Primetals Technologies secured an order for automation systems and EnerX medium- and low-voltage drives for a new high-speed 6-stand PLTCM and pickling line in China. The fully automated, high-precision line is planned to start in May 2027, using self-learning neural-network algorithms for stable rolling, thickness control and flatness optimization, with Inovance collaboration on integrated drive solutions.
