Punjab National Bank said Divesh Sehara has been appointed as a Government of India nominee director on its board effective September 10, 2026. The bank stated there is no inter se relationship between Sehara and other directors and that the director’s tenure continues until further orders. The appointment replaces D. Anandan, who ceased to be a director upon nomination.
