Planet Fitness raised its 2026 adjusted EPS growth outlook to about 6% from 4%, assuming roughly 77 million diluted weighted-average shares after repurchasing and retiring about 4 million Class A shares for $200 million at an average $50.44 in the second quarter. Adjusted net income is now expected to fall about 3%, with revenue growth near 7% and adjusted EBITDA growth near 6%. Full-year interest expense is projected around $115 million.
