Picnic-PostNL will say goodbye to sports director Matt Winston and two other coaches at the end of the 2026 season. Winston, who joined in 2019 as a Race Coach and led key riders at major events, is moving to the Decathlon CMA CGM team. He previously directed Romain Bardet from 2021 to 2025 as Bardet prepares to become sporting manager at the French team.
