Philips Allows Largest Shareholder Exor to Increase Stake to 22%
Philips authorized its largest shareholder Exor to raise its stake in the company to up to 22% under a revised long-term agreement. The original deal capped Exor at 20%, and the revised deal permits Philips’ supervisory board to authorize increases above the 22% cap. Exor says the change reflects support for Philips’ long-term strategy.
