PG&E Defers about $2B of 2027 Work After Strategic Review
PG&E says it is reviewing options for how it can be organized and financed to attract affordable investment for California customers. To keep costs down, it plans to defer about $2 billion of 2027 work and update its 2027 capital plan to reduce higher-cost borrowing while maintaining critical safety investments and compliance. The review will also reassess long-term Core EPS and 2028–2030 outlooks.
