Pets at Home has unveiled its own pet insurance service, designed to simplify cover and claims for pet owners. The platform will include a portal for veterinary practices to process claims directly. The company says three lifetime cover tiers address widespread misunderstandings of insurance terms such as per condition limits and third-party liability, based on a survey of around 1,000 people.
