Pershing Square Sells Alphabet Stake, Buys Tech Stock Up 65,100% Since IPO
Pershing Square Holdings and its U.S. partners raised another $5 billion via a closed-end fund and management company, with capital being deployed. In the second quarter, Pershing Square Capital Management sold its entire Alphabet stake and bought a different tech stock that has risen 65,100% since its IPO. A judge also said Alphabet can keep paying Apple for Google as the default on Safari.
