Pernod Ricard India Cuts At Least 200 Jobs in Two-Year Restructuring
The company has asked at least 50 mid-to-senior management employees to leave between January and July 2026, with another 20 to 30 expected to exit from December 2026 to March 2027, according to people familiar with the matter. Several former executives allege forced departures via sudden poor performance reviews tied to global restructuring, after about 100 employees were put on remediation plans in 2026 and roughly 50 had left.
