PASHA Real Estate Group and Marriott International signed an agreement to develop three new properties across Azerbaijan and Georgia. Plans include a Ritz-Carlton luxury hotel and Ritz-Carlton branded residences at Zagulba Beach in Baku, plus an extension adding residences to a new tower.
