Partners Group Holdings has agreed to acquire Fidelity Life Assurance, combining two major adviser-distributed life insurers in New Zealand. The deal would bring together Partners Life’s 340,000+ insured lives and $692M in premiums-in-force with Fidelity Life’s locally owned footprint. Approval is subject to review, including RBNZ oversight of major insurers’ stress-test exposure.
