Partners Group Raises Realisation Threshold and Warns of Wind-Down
The firm changed its realisation-share proposal after discussions with major institutional investors. It proposed a dual share class in which 30% of capital would be realisation shares aimed at returning capital near par over eight years, capped at 30% of the trust. Shareholders must decide by 30 September; if more than 40% opt in, the board would trigger a managed wind-down, liquidating the portfolio and returning cash pro rata.
