Paramount Skydance Posts Mixed Q2 Results as Warner Deal Heads to March Antitrust Trial
Paramount Skydance reported revenue of $6.91 billion, up 1%, while profit fell to $41 million, below analysts’ estimates. Streaming revenue rose to nearly $2.5 billion and Paramount+ added 2 million subscribers to 81.6 million, but the TV unit revenue declined 9%. The company forecasts stronger sales and profit before items for the quarter as a federal judge schedules a March antitrust trial to block its Warner merger.
