Paramount Skydance will seek a court-ordered $1.88 billion bond from the states behind an antitrust lawsuit to cover fees and costs tied to delays in its Warner Bros. Discovery merger. After state AGs challenged the deal, Paramount agreed to push closing to as late as June 2027. Paramount also agreed to a “ticking fee” to WBD shareholders while the case proceeds.
