Panoro Energy agreed to acquire DNO’s subsidiary DNO CI, which holds an indirect 9.09% interest in offshore Côte d’Ivoire’s gas-producing Block CI-27. The asset is described as the country’s largest non-associated gas source, and the deal is expected to add production of about 3,287 boepd in 2025 and 3,334 boepd in the first half of 2026.
