Panmure Liberum acts as broker for easyJet in Apollo £5.7bn cash offer
Apollo Global Management has made a recommended cash offer for easyJet valuing the company’s issued and to-be-issued shares at about £5.7bn, or £7.15 per share, a premium of around 81% to the £3.94 close before the offer period. Implementation is via a court-approved scheme of arrangement, expected by end-Q1 2027, subject to approvals, merger control, foreign investment clearance, and sanction. The Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou Concert Party has irrevocably agreed to elect for rollover on 116,061,871 shares.
