Pak-A-Sak Sold to Casey’s General Stores as Transition Begins
Pak-A-Sak, a longtime Amarillo family-owned convenience store chain, is being sold to Casey’s General Stores under an acquisition agreement. The McKee family says day-to-day operations will initially stay the same, while the transition begins and employees are expected to join Casey’s. Stores may close for a few days around Aug. 11–12 to complete changes, likely reopening by Aug. 13.
