Oxford Industries’ 45th AGM approved a reduction of share capital and implementation of the capital reduction, along with regularization of a director and enlargement of the main object clause. The company also updated its Memorandum and Articles of Association to align with the Companies Act, 2013, and shifted its registered office to another state. As of Sept. 4, 2026, it reported 5,274 shareholders.
