Oracle spent USD 55.7 billion on capital expenditures in fiscal 2026 to expand cloud and AI infrastructure, raising USD 43 billion in debt and USD 5 billion in equity. Free cash flow fell to negative USD 23.7 billion. The workforce declined from about 162,000 to 141,000, and severance and exit costs rose to USD 1.84 billion. Oracle has not confirmed further cuts, with net capex outlay expected near USD 70 billion in fiscal 2027.
