Oracle Plans Fresh Job Cuts This Month After 21,000 Role Reductions
Oracle is preparing another round of job cuts this month after shedding 21,000 roles over the past fiscal year, as AI-driven data centre spending rises. Restructuring costs increased to $1.8 billion from $374 million a year earlier, while the firm burned far more cash than it took in. Earlier March layoffs left 600 employees fighting over severance, RSUs and H-1B support.
