Oracle America drops Wisconsin PSC judicial review request tied to $100M annual costs

Oracle America filed a notice of voluntary dismissal in Ozaukee County Circuit Court, withdrawing its June request for judicial review of a Wisconsin Public Service Commission ruling. The dispute related to the Lighthouse Data Center Campus in Port Washington and alleged potential costs above $100 million a year. Oracle says it will keep working with the PSC and local leaders on responsible development.
